The CZ 712 is our tried-and-true gas operated semi-automatic built on a lightweight alloy receiver. Accepting 2¾ and 3-inch shells, it is an all-arounder, a great choice for upland game, waterfowl or clays. The barrel on the 712 is chrome-lined and has a matte black hard chrome exterior that will resist corrosion for many seasons in the field. Fit with a Turkish walnut stock, the G2 version adds laser-engraved checkering, right-hand palm swell as well as a barrel lock-ring to make assembly easier.
